The freedom of form offered by EPS means the possibilities for your product are endless. Even if you want to incorporate steel, wood or lighting in your product. Our specialities? Examples include model construction, artworks in public spaces, letters and logos, sets for large events and stand construction for fairs.
First of all, we are curious about your design. Or perhaps you only have an idea of what you want it to be? That’s OK too! Our 3D draughtsman can make a design in line with your wishes and requirements.
Is your EPS product intended for use indoors or outdoors? And does it come into contact with people a lot or will it be in a place where nobody can reach it? These are questions we will ask you as part of our consultancy intake. Based on your information, we will advise you on the production options - annealing, contour cutting, milling and coating - and prepare a final design.
Our production department will get to work for you. Depending on the complexity of your product, it takes about fifteen to thirty working days.
You can, of course, pick up the product yourself, although we will be happy to deliver it to you. We work together with specialist carriers who handle your product with the utmost care.
We are also happy to help you assemble your EPS foam product.
How do you stand out? Well, with gigantic letters, of course. We specialise in making large wall letters, stage letters and company logos, for both indoors and outdoors and in almost any font.
For example, we made giant letters for Jandino Asporaat's television show and our letters decorated the Erasmus MC hospital during the official opening of the university medical centre. We also make moulds for pouring concrete letters.
Polystyrene foam as part of a work of art? Well, yeah! We have already realised many polystyrene works of art in public spaces.
For example, we created a work of art for artist Gabriel Lester, which is on display at the Documenta exhibition in Kassel, Germany. Or the remarkable Body Bak that was on display in Amsterdam as a playful announcement of the Netflix series Altered Carbon. And the artwork by artist Maud van Beuken: the Mississippi riverbed in full scale. EPS is an extremely suitable material for making the most complex shapes. Especially when it comes to large objects. We also ensure that the artwork is weatherproof, thanks to a polyurea coating.
Looking for a mock-up of a race car? Or a nano-car to honour Nobel prize winner Ben Feringa? We can do it! Polystyrene foam is an excellent material for model construction, blow-ups and prototypes.
With our contour cutting machine and milling machine, we can make the most unusual shapes. For example, we made a giant teddy bear with geometric surfaces and a blow-up of PowerKist foundation formwork for construction company IsoBouw. Both suitable for use as a showpiece at a trade fair!
Looking for stage pieces for a film, theatre show, festival, TV programme or to dress up your exhibition stand? We can make it for you in any shape, colour and finish.
As small or large as you want! Earlier, we made stage pieces for concerts by Marco Borsato and Lionel Richie and we realised the iconic hand in large 3D format for The Voice.
Whatever you can conceive, we can make. Contact us and we would be happy to assist.
