We created an EPS mock-up race car for one of
our clients. The car will be used as a showpiece to attract new sponsors to
fund the realisation of the actual car. The project is being organised by
students at TU to promote electric cars in motorsports.
De la Roy milled the car parts out of EPS and assembled them. Our client then
built in various parts, after which the car was returned to De la Roy for its
polyurethane coating. The client then handled the finishing themselves (i.e.
final coating and stickers to advertise the project).
