Five holiday homes are currently under construction in Noordwijk. This is an exceptional project. In close cooperation with Unibouw, we provided the floor insulation, wall elements and the gables, all hot-wire cut or contour cut out of ES 100 SE. We equipped the wall elements with wooden slats for plasterboards and PVC pipes for pouring the concrete columns. The gables were provided with a wooden structure and frameworks for the windows. Construction times for prefab EPS wall and floor components are relatively short. The result: an energy-efficient house. An amazing concept for the near future.
